    This is an amazing site. You can plan your movie at anytime and at any multiplex you want. Tickets are always available for you. Thanks Bookeazy!!!!!!!

    Lazy person like me could nevet go and stand in ticket line to book advance tickets so it was like wait for movie to become bit old and in last few days I used to go to watch a movie but now movie released, plan any time , bookeasy and you are there!! Thanks to bookeasy, specially when i could watch Harry Potter latest on same day of release , it was like dream come true. Thanks real value adding service!

    Hi All,
    This is one of the best designed sites, I have ever gone thru. I think it is as simple as searching and browsing on google.com :-)
    Now a days, I book every single ticket from site only,
    and to add to it, I have started using their mobile booking also !!!

    Yah its a good site…i booked 2 movies when noone could actually get tkts in theatre…n i walked in the theatre with tkts on the top rows…felt good……thanx a ton b’easy!!!!!!!!!!1

    Why is there no easy renewal way, info or contact number on the website. Why can’t I just renew over the web and pay at the ticket counter?

    You can renew (refill or upgrade) your BookEazy account online.
    We support credit-card, netbanking, direct bank transfer and cheque drop off as modes of payment.

    Refill Account
    To add more tickets to your account kindly follow these steps:

    1. Log on to your BookEazy account.
    2. Click on the ‘Refill Account’ option.
    3. Select the small or large refill plan as per your choice.

    Upgrade Account
    To upgrade your account kindly follow these steps:

    1. Log on to your BookEazy account.
    2. Click on “Upgrade Account” option.
    3. Upgrade your account to increase the maximum number of tickets to be kept pending at the box office.

    The contact information of our support team is mentioned on the Account Profile page.

    The reason we have stopped declaring the phone number on the Contact Us page is that many movie goers who are not users of the service use it as a phone number across theatres (5 theatres, 20 screens) to inquire about schedules and show times especially since theatre phones are typically engaged. Hence we have displayed the support numbers on the Account Profile page that members can access after logging in.
