Made of Honor stars Mister McDreamy, Patrick Dempsey, and Michelle Monaghan. That’s the biggest plus point of the movie. They’re both good looking, and do a reasonably good job in this really really cliche movie, with its stereotyped characters and all-too-familiar plot line.

Another great thing about the movie is that the second half is shot in Scotland. Beautiful hills, lovely verdant landscapes make a wondrous backdrop for a romance. Also, we get a peek at the quaint Scottish customs, which make for some funny scenes.

Which brings me to the  downside of the movie. You’ve seen all the funny scenes in the trailers. There isn’t really much more to it.

One more question I have for anyone who can answer it - what does the name of the movie mean? I understand it is a pun on “Maid of Honor”… but “Made of Honor” is neither funny, nor does it make any sense. It’s quite a weak attempt of witticism. Much like the rest of the movie.
